Multi Level affiliate ?? can it be achieved currently with this script, if not could you add this feature to the script, it would be very useful.

Can this script be integrated with a site built using CodeIgniter PHP Framework? if not if you could make it integratable with this framework structure?

There is multi-level (multi-tier) system in the eLitius already.
eLitius can handle up to 10 levels (or even more if needed).
Also eLitius based on smarty templates so it can be easily integrated to your website.
You may integrate it by yourself or our team can integrate it for you.
